“What you might not know is we’ve sold more iPads in the last year than the entire notebook lineup of all of the biggest notebook manufacturers,” he said. The Macs were also in the list – down there in the middle of the chart.

Hundreds of Google employees will walk out of more than 20 offices around the world to protest the company’s handling of sexual misconduct in the wake of a bombshell New York Times report.

This is the latest in a string of employee activism events at Google.

Some of the fixes are straightforward: For example, he said, two-factor authentication might prevent unauthorized logins and machine-readable paper ballots could make voting systems more secure.
